A visit to the supermarket would not be complete without opening a magazine. Even if you are just browsing and not buying everyone is interested in the latest styles and designs which the rich and famous can achieve with little effect. We all love changing our appearance and making changes to our hair is no exception as we try to keep up with the super models and stars.

Damage to our hair can be caused by any number of things which include excessive drying with a blow dryer or using heating irons to straighten our hair. We all try out new ways of styling our hair without realising the damage that we are causing. People often forget in their haste to look glamorous that they are causing real damage to their locks. As demand increases for an A list photos the increase in damage is also visible to our tired hair.

Remedies for this type of damage could be soft and gentle shampoos followed by a few treatments of fabulous conditioners which will transform your hair back to its former glory. A good tip would be to rub your hair dry and use a comb not a brush for styling wet hair. All of the tips here will help reduce the damage to your hair.

No matter what your age at some point you will wish to dye your hair. This maybe in your teens to experiment with various colours or when your hair starts to turn grey and you wish to cover this up with your own natural hair colour. Chemists and supermarkets sell products in all different shades for this type of experiment. You will be able to dye your hair bright pink or purple or just blonde, there are all sorts of different colours to match your mood. The downside to buying and applying this type of product would be a mishap by not reading the instructions correctly and ending up with bright orange hair rather than a nice golden brown for instance.
